WASHINGTON, D.C. - September 12, 2003 - Beginning this fall, the 23 colleges of the Virginia Community College System will offer their math students around-the-clock tutoring and academic support services provided by SMARTHINKING, the nation's leading provider of online tutoring and academic assistance for college students.

Typical Virginia Community College students are adults with family and career responsibilities that make it difficult for them to get to campus to access support services. "Our students need help that fits their busy schedules.
