Allan Thompson, Technical Support Specialist

Allan is responsible for SMARTHINKING Customer Service Coordination and Technical Support. He oversees incoming communication and non-technical problems from SMARTHINKING users and some staff. Allan studied Computer Science at the College of Southern Maryland, and is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Graphic Design.
