Hema Sethumadhavan, Quality Assurance Engineer

Hema focuses on SMARTHINKING's quality assurance and testing along with limited customer support activities. She organizes and executes quality testing for its web-based applications, working closely with the software team to ensure high quality standards.

Before joining SMARTHINKING, Hema worked in the pharmaceutical and software industries in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina primarily in the areas of computer system validation and software testing.

Hema holds a B.Sc. in biology from the University of South Carolina.
